Washington Ghosts

If any city has ghosts then Washington has ghosts.  If you do decide to ghost hunt in Washington think about the Homeland Security implications of carrying lots of exotic ghost hunting equipment around Washington.  It could get you arrested which would be a story, but not the one you had hoped for.
